We know that you don't want anyone living in your home when you aren't using it, but as you know there is some risks involved when we leave our homes empty for long
periods of time because of living abroad.
Some of these risks are: Natural Damages like, a Burst Water Pipe, Rain Water Damage coming into the house through an unknown roof crack, or other cracks in the property, which left unattended, can really bring extensive & unnecessary physical damage to your home & furniture, while you're completely unawares that this could be happening, the result being a greater financial damage to your pocket. Then on top of that, going through the difficulty & headache of trying to find someone to fix the problem whilst your abroad.
The other potential risks of a vacant home is: Squatters illegally living in your property unbeknown to you, Home Break-ins & Theft, Vandalized Home & more.... This is where the MHC Home Guardians come in, We can prevent or minimize a catastrophe to a home, we can be your eyes on the ground here in Cyprus, we can deal with all the organizing of arranging contractors, a plumber, electrician, gardener, cleaner etc... if needed, and watch your home with weekly check ups while you're living abroad preventing & reducing the risks mentioned above, giving you peace of mind.
HOW IT WORKS: You choose from one of our monthly plans that feels right for you, then one of our Trusted MHC Guardian Team members will be assigned to your home, checking your property every week inside and out, making sure everything is ok, that there is no one there, and no one has been there, making sure there's no damages, or leaks etc...,
Then every month we will send you a message of the status report for your home via email or WhatsApp.
Note: At your request, we can also arrange to live Video call you with a tour of your house when your guardian is doing a check up of your property, so you can personally see everything is well.

- GROCERIES: When you plan to next come to Cyprus, send us your Grocery list a week prior your arrival, and we will do your Shopping for you, fresh the day before you arrive, so your house is stocked up and ready for you.
- CAR SERVICE: Take your car to the mechanic for a full service before you arrive in Cyprus, fully serviced and ready for you to drive
- AIRPORT CAR DELIVERY: We can arrange to deliver your car to the airport,
- OTHER: We can Arrange anything else you may like us to do before you arrive in Cyprus or even while you're here.
